Return Policy

At Hajj Electronics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and warranty cards where applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

⚠️ Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, such as:

  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Personal care appliances (e.g., shavers, grooming products) once unsealed.
  • Customized or special-order items.

 

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of store credit or as agreed.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos or a video of the issue before authorizing the return.
  • Defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, in accordance with manufacturer warranties.

 

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (for online payments).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer (processing times may vary).

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • If return pick-up is arranged by us, the courier fee may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds for items purchased with vouchers, gift cards, or discounts will reflect the final amount paid.
